Merry? Can't Go There? Not completely?

Sometimes the holidays don't feel so merry. Maybe there are unpleasant memories of past holidays, someone you loved is gone and won't be there, family dynamics that bring up all kinds of issues, you feel lonely (even in a room of people), or you feel the pressure of having to be merry, give when there's not enough finances to go around, to perform or act in a certain way.

We'll be working on clearing your holiday emotions, fears and perceptions and how to release the pain of the past, the possible upcoming pressures, family dynamics and more.

FEEL lighter and clearer as we enter the holidays with more STRENGTH and CLARITY.

Meetings will be confidential, safe and intense. This will be a no BS get down to work session.
