A NEW BEGINNING . . .
In ancient Rome, March was the first month of the year. Which made sense as spring was coming and a time for renewal. Why not give yourself the gift of a new beginning, clearing out the old 'stuff' that has lingered for way too long. The old stuff can be so many things like past hurts, betrayals, anger, illness or pain. Or, maybe you don't even know what it is, but you feel stuck or lost. Come and see how easy you can release the old and bring in a new beginning for yourself and your joy.
So many people beat themselves up for not being able to change using the tools they have; unfortunately, they weren’t given the whole story. Those tools didn’t include your energy and your unconscious; and how to permanently release what’s bothering you. Every time you release you can open yourself up to loving yourself more and more.
Everyone has had big and small, physical or emotional negative experiences throughout their life. But you don’t have to let them stop you anymore. Whether you know it or not, they can consciously or unconsciously show up as strife in your life by causing illness, upset, depression, pain, fear, anxiety or feeling stuck.
