If you've experienced trauma, abuse or post traumatic stress (TAP) from any experience in your life and want to move forward NOW, then this is the group for you. Any trauma is terror plus helplessness, whether it's emotional or sexual abuse, a sibling tearing apart your stuff animal when you were young, the betrayal of a loved one, or unfathomable experiences of war. They all can lead to the same response, your brain downloads all the information, and, it would be beneficical to discharge and release the 'frozen' brain repsonse. Really, you don't have to carry this anymore! Even if you think you've dealt with it by using traditional therapies, drugs, or keep pushing it down in your unconscious, if you're life isn't as happy as you'd like it to be, then there's still something there. This is not just any group meeting,it is a call from your spirit to finally heal. You deserve a fabulous life.
