Welcome TAP Freedom Finders
Hi All,
I am very excited to let you know about a new group in the Twin Cities that I'm spearheading to assist people to get thru life blocking issues. The Twin Cities TAP (Trauma/Abuse/PTSD) Freedom Finders came as a desire to help as many people as possible to move forward on their life path.
It's been said 'If you've been born, you've got issues'. Sometimes . . . consciously or unconsciously, those issues block us from moving forward in certain areas of our life. The results are varied, but can manifest as physical symptoms,
emotional/mental stress, or just the feeling of being stuck, not knowing where to turn or what to do next. Clearing and releasing these blocks allows a person to have more choices in how they proceed in life and help manifest more of what they desire.
This group's mission is one of non-judgment and release or neutralization of the energetic 'zing' of the past. Trauma is not judged on severity, there are the obvious ones such as abuse or catastrophes; and, there are the lesser spoken about ones that come from the way the person as a child viewed and locked in an event or series of smaller events or experiences. Remembering that the inner child's inability to cope with abuse, neglect, high expectations, etc. could freeze non-beneficial energy and belief systems in the body and have adverse effect in adulthood. As an adult it's easy to sluff it off as 'no big deal', but if you're life isn't as joyful as you wish or you find yourself being stuck, judgmental or negative, it would be wise to ask the question 'Why?'.
Post traumatic stress (PTSD) is not just associated with veterans of war, but is a common result of many types of trauma.
The great thing about the freedom finders is that we'll be working in group sessions and that way everyone gets to help others while helping themselves. What a gift to others and yourself. It will be a safe, confidential and fun atmosphere and quick paced. No BS, get to work and move forward sessions.
